These terms govern the sale of any new product (defined as having never been used), of any used product (defined as not being new or as having already been used) or service presented on the site gorillecycles.fr by the company\/business Gorille Cycles. The parties agree that their relationship shall be governed exclusively by this contract, to the exclusion of any other terms. Any duly confirmed order placed with Gorille Cycles implies total acceptance without reservations of these general terms of sale and, where applicable, of any special terms or terms that are specific to one or multiple products, services or orders.<\/p>\n

PURPOSE<\/strong>
\nThese terms aim to define the modes of the sale between the seller and the user, from order to payment to delivery to services. They govern all the steps required to place an order and ensure the execution of this order between the contracting parties.<\/p>\n

ORDERING AND AVAILABILITY<\/strong>
\nGorille Cycles reserves the right to cancel or decline any order placed by a customer with whom it is in dispute over payment of a previous order. The user attests that he\/she is at least 18 years of age and is vested with legal capacity or has received parental authorization to place an order on the site. Every order implies acceptance of the prices and descriptions of products available for sale. The user attests that he\/she has reviewed and accepted these General Terms of Sale before placing the order. Therefore, confirming his\/her order amounts to acceptance of these General Terms of Sale. After placement of the order, the seller sends an email to the user to confirm it and which contains all the essential information about the item ordered. The seller sends notification of shipment.<\/p>\n

DELIVERY<\/strong>
\nAny order placed on the site and delivered outside France may be subject to taxes and customs duties which are assessed when the package arrives at its destination.
